Needing sleep or rest.
Being tired (needing sleep or rest) is a feeling we have every day. It is interesting in the sense that although we know it very well, we are not always aware of it. In a given situation, when we are tired we can easily get angry at our partner for example. Imagine the same situation but having energy, we would react differently and would probably not get angry. What does it mean? That the awareness of needing rest can stop us from getting angry and avoid a state of disconnection with a loved one.
Example: I was so tired when I got home from work last night that I had a quick nap.
