My definition of Nonviolent Communication

If you don’t know NVC, there are plenty of websites and videos of Marshall Rosenberg himself explaining what it is. NVC is commonly referred to as a four step process called OFNR.

NVC taught me that I had needs and feelings. How come such a simple statement is overlooked by so many of us? Before communicating with others, NVC tells us how to communicate with ourselves. What is alive in you?
